Catalog has been divided into categories and sub categories by design style.
Each photograph is accompanied by the price in U.S. Dollar and a style code.
Each Style is available in a number of stone settings -the photograph only
shows one particular combination. The accompanying style code only
identifies the style and not the stone setting combination that you would
like- For e.g..' NS16, set PEARLS. with Gold Plating'.The Stone Choices we offer are:

We can also give you pieces set in any combination of 2 or 3 or indeed all of the above stones. There would be extra charges for pieces set with natural rubies and emeralds.

Please note that jewellery set in pearl or coral gemstones cannot be supplied in rhodium plating. To locate any particular design, or photograph of any particular stones combination, you can use our search facility with the item code, or stone name.
1) As you go through our catalog, please note down the code no. and price
2) The code No. just indicates the design no. Besides that you must specify the stone combinations you want to use , The plating colour of your choice (wether it is Gold plated or Rhodium plated), and the stringing colour
3) Make out the order specifying the following details

For bangles please specify the size i.e. internal diameter 2.25" (2-4), 2.375" (2-6), 2.5" (2-8) etc.
4) Email or Fax us the order. On Confirmation of the order by us make the payment.
5) Payment can be made by wire transfer in favour of Touchstone Gems & Jewellery (India) Pvt. Ltd.. Please ask us for further instructions.
6) After receipt of payment the good will be sent to you by courier. All customs duties applicable or trade taxes applicable shall be borne by you.
7) At the time of Order Confirmation, we will let you know the expected delivery date.
Terms & Conditions :
1) Customization of pieces is welcome (e.g.. length of necklace etc.), however, there will be a proportional additional charge. The prices quoted on the web-site are for pieces as specified.
2) Your order could be supplied ex stock, or if required made especially for you.
3) Normally we will mail you the items within 7 days of deposits of the funds. However sometimes availability of stones affects the manufacturing time. Every customers will be notified individually as regards to this before we deposits the funds so that you have the opportunity to review the situation.
4) Our liability is limited to the cost of the item.
5) Disputes if any must be settled in Delhi Jurisdiction, India
6) Import Tariffs if any are to be paid by the customers. The import tariffs for major countries normally vary between 5% to 10% of the cost.
It is not always possible to have all designs that are listed in all categories in our current stock. Our site is being constantly upgraded and small changes are continuously being in corporated in our design so that they become new design. It is possible that the exact design that you have order may not be in stock at the time. In case this is so, we will instead, e-mail you photos of designs of similar look and prices that we have in stock, we will mail your order only after your complete approval of the images and only after receiving your full payments.
